Monday

I survived my first crossfit session. It was great! loving teh lactic acid and the challenge on my body lol

5 ROUNDS FOR TIME:

12 KB SNATCH ( snatch right hand first then one hand swing and flip and catch with left hand then move into snatch on left side then repeat ) 24/16kg
12 PISTOL SQUATS
12 TURKISH GET UPS ( 6 each side )
12 PULL UPS

My diet was good too. Until i came home and had mum home cokking... one bad thing about monday is teh temptaion...

I also did TA for a hour

1 month diet and exercise to a teeny tiny body

Sunday 14th March

Did a 12 hour fast... had miso soup and green tea... wasnt as hard but then 9pm hit and im starving im started to experince abit of a headache... so i had 100g of smoked salamon, 5 TBS of avocado, some taro fish snack and seaweed...and more miso soup and greentea guess years of late night snacking and mee goreng is kicking in! lol but im not going give to my hunger and craving!

i did TA for an hour and 30 minutes and im going to try fit it in before bedtime and attempt to get up at 7am to go crossfit tomorrow...
